Technical Support Management

We have several levels of information we make available.  The introductory web pages are there so you can get an understanding of what we offer. 

Registered user:  We ask you to register for the next level of information.  This is so that we know about you and can communicate directly with your.  In return for your registration, we will send you periodic updates on what changes have been made to the site. 

Particpating User:  Detailed best practice content will be made available to individual participants only.  As we are building the content on the website, we are offering individual participation for free.  As a participant you will be able to download and use the best practice material.  You are always welcome to contribute and edit material on the site as well.  Once we have reached a critical point of valuable content our Participation Fee will be $195 per year.  You will be notified in advance when we reach that point.

Contributors:  A selected group of domain experts have agreed to assist in content development and maintenance.  These individuals in addition to providing content, will assist in the editing and best practice selection process.  They are also a resource for you if you desire additional assistance in analyzing or implementing the best practices.  We provide contact information and links to their websites so that you can work with them directly.
